Vaccinations are limited this year and are prepaid by Advanced EndoCare. In order to make sure we can provide vaccinations to all those requesting them, we ask that you only reserve a spot if you are certain you will be able to attend. Please RSVP by calling the office at (317)-578-2224.
The clinic will be held Wednesday, September 11th at 8489 Fishers Centre Drive Fishers, IN. The clinic hours are 11:00AM - 2:00PM and lunch will be provided.
